Physical and Digital Products
Due to the personal nature of beauty, wellness, and self care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used items.
Digital products, including ebooks and downloads, are non refundable once accessed or delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product or packaging for verification.
If approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping, and a replacement or store credit will be issued. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
